FC2 (Law) – English Law – Monday 21 October 2024 – 10am to 1pm
FC4 (D&C) – Design and Copyright Law – Tuesday 22 October 2024 – 10am to 1pm
FC5 (P7) – Trade Mark Law – Wednesday 23 October 2024 – 10am to 1pm
FC3 (P5) – International Patent Law – Thursday 24 October 2024 – 10am to 1pm
FC1 (P1) – UK Patent Law – Friday 25 October 2024 – 10am to 1pm
FD1 (P2) – Advanced IP Law and Practice – Monday 28 October 2024 – 10am to 2pm
FD4 (P6) – Infringement and Validity – Tuesday 29 October 2024 – 10am to 3pm
FD3 (P4) – Amendment of Specifications – Wednesday 30 October 2024 – 10am to 1pm
FD2 (P3) – Drafting of Specifications – Thursday 31 October 2024 – 10am to 2pm

Results issued to candidates by email – Monday 31 March 2025

PEB Qualifying Exams 2025. 20 – 30 October 2025. (provisional dates, will be confirmed in March 2025)

PEB Qualifying Exams 2026. 12 – 22 October 2026. (provisional dates, will be confirmed in March 2026)

Candidates who wish to enrol for Paper F must register by 28 May 2024. This can be done via the EQC portal.

EQE enrolment for all 2025 exams – 8 July 2024 to 23 September 2024 via MyEQE.
