Mental Health Awareness Week events

Next week (15 to 21 May) is Mental Health Awareness week – the theme this year is ‘anxiety’. See below for some events being run for Mental Health Awareness Week, and don’t forget that we have many different resources available to help you with your wellbeing which can be accessed from the Wellbeing page on the blog.


Tuesday 16th May 12-12.30pmInformals Wellbeing Coffee Club

This month’s coffee club will include conversation starters around the theme of anxiety, though as always the coffee club is a chance to chat other trainees and attendees are free to discuss anything they wish.


Thursday 18th May 12.30pm-1.30pmIP Inclusive and Jonathan’s Voice ‘Using mindfulness at work: a practical introduction’ webinar

“This wonderful session, led by mindfulness expert Dr Sally Rose, will introduce mindfulness practices and concepts that can help us focus, manage distractions and build mental stability.”


Thursday 18th May 12.30pm-1.30pmLawcare ‘Let’s talk about anxiety’ webinar

Join our webinar and hear from a panel of legal professionals who have personal experience of living with anxiety.
