This is just to give you an update from the PEB about the 2024 Qualifying Examinations.
1. The PEB has updated the PEB website with the 2024 Qualifying Examination information. This includes the 2024 examination timetable, registration and results dates, fees and the law changes which you will find here. In particular, note the following dates:
- Examination registration opens – Monday 24 June 2024
- Examination registration closes – Friday 26 July 2024
2. The FC2 syllabus has been updated to reflect the IPReg Code of Conduct in July 2023 and the FC3 syllabus has been updated to reflect the Unitary Patent system which entered into force on 1 June 2023. This has been stated in the 2024 Law update here. You will find the Qualifying Examinations syllabi here
3. The PEB policies have been reviewed for the 2024 Qualifying Examination session and candidates are advised to familiarise themselves with the information before registration opens. You find the PEB policies here.
4. The Essential Information for candidates for the 2024 Qualifying Examinations will be posted here in due course.
